AIG CEO Donated to John McCain in 2008

I know the campaign is over, but I couldn’t stop myself from looking up campaign contributions from the controversy ridden CEO of AIG, Edward Liddy.
Turns out, in the 2008 cycle, Liddy donated the maximum of $2,300 to John McCain’s primary campaign in March, and again, $2,300 to John McCain’s Presidential Campaign in July.
