In a discussion with Howard Fineman and Pat Buchanan on today’s Hardball, Chris Matthews responded to the notion that McCain didn’t know what he was getting when he selected Sarah Palin as his running mate by asking if she was a “mail order bride.”

This like always, will probably go well for Chris Matthews.
